Dr.Yuxiang RAO was born in Juzhou Jiangxi and graduated from Tianjin University China and University of Windsor Canada for Ph.D. He was postdoctoral reseach associate at University of Waterloo and Pacific Northwest National Lab (PNNL). In 2002, he joined UOP-Honewell as senior research scientist/engineer and later Johnson Matthey as technical project leader. He worked as independant educational consultant since 2005 and helped lots of students got accepted by dream school and companies. 

团队成员：饶宇翔博士，江西抚州人，获得天津大学化工学院学士和硕士学位和加拿大温莎大学化学博士学位，期间荣获中国政府国家优秀自费留学生奖（2007）。其后在加拿大滑铁卢大学以及美国西北太平洋国家实验室做博士后访问学者，并先后在美国霍尼韦尔公司(Honeywell)和英国庄信万丰（Johnson Matthey)公司担任高级科学家/工程师和技术项目经理等职务，具有广泛和深厚的学术界和工业界人脉。从2005年开始从事美国留学申请及就业指导工作。每年帮助数十位中国学生成功录取理想美国中学/大学，并实现在美国公司暑期实习/就业梦想。

Dr. Lu Wang was born in Lanzhou, Gansu Province. She received her B.S. degrees from Tianjin University and a master degree from university of bath (UK) and Ph.D. degree from McMaster University(Canada) , all in chemical engineering. She was a postdoctoral research associate at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory . Dr. Wang works for Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) as research scientist in New Jersey and a pharmacutical company in Philadelphia as project manager. 

团队成员：王璐博士，甘肃兰州人，于天津大学化工学院取得学士学位，后赴英国巴斯大学取得化工硕士学位以及加拿大麦克马斯特大学取得化工博士学位，期间获中国政府国家优秀自费留学生奖（2006）。曾在美国西北太平洋国家实验室做短期博士后访问学者，从事质谱以及生物蛋白组研究。后就职于美国新泽西州百时美施贵宝制药公司，担任研究员职务。目前在费城一家国际著名制药公司担任项目经理职位，从事抗癌症药物的研发。

Ms. Stephanie Guo was born in Baoding, Hebei Province. And She has received her Bachelor degree majoring in English from Hebei University in 2008, and MSc in Brunel University of UK in 2009. She has made one-year internship in KPMG, and been back to Beijing and begun working as English teacher in New Oriental School. She is now working in an International School in Beijing.

团队成员：郭菲老师，生于河北省保定市，2008年毕业于河北大学英语专业，2009英国布鲁内尔大学理学硕士毕业。后于伦敦毕马威总部实习一年，2010年于北京新东方教授英语，目前就职于北京某著名国际学校任职英语教师。郭老师目前主要负责辅导我们团队学生的文书写作和面试技巧培训。

Alexander Wayland-James was graduated from Parkland high school (Allentown, PA) and he went to China as English tutor for the college students at Hainan University in 2010. In 2014, he received his Bachelor degree majoring in Finance from University of Iowa (Tippie College of Business). After graduated from school, he worked for First Niagara Financial Group as teller for one year before join Grace-Hope.

团队成员：Alexander Wayland-James (郑立），毕业于美国宾州艾伦敦 Parkland 高中，曾经于2010年去中国海南大学工作一年，担任英语讲师，负责辅导当地大学生的口语和听力培训。他于2014年取得爱荷华大学Tippie商学院（University of Iowa Tippie College of Business）金融专业本科学位。在加入我们团队以前，他在First Niagara Financial Group工作一年，担任公司的出纳职位。Alex主要负责我们团队辅导的学生的交通和机场接送，寄宿家庭的探访工作。

Liyan LIU was born in weifang, Shandong. She graduated from China Agricultural University with a bachelor degree in economic management in 2010. After that, she worked at as English tutor for three years at Ladder Education before join Grace-Hope.

团队成员：刘丽燕老师，山东潍坊人。2010年毕业于中国农业大学，获得经济管理学士学位。在加入我们团队以前，她在阶梯英语教育集团工作了三年，担任英语讲师职位。刘老师主要负责我们团队的数据资料的整理工作。

Ms. Candy Liu was born in Changde, Hunan Province. She graduated from Zhongnan University with Business English major and education management from Beijing Normal University. She had been working for International business since 2004 in Shenzhen and has been service for overseas studying student since 2009.She assisted hundreds of student to study overseas successfully with very strong responsibility. She is good at making studying plan in accordance with their aptitude education. Currently, she is the founder of Shenzhen STA education 

团队成员：刘小玲老师，湖南常德人，中南大学英语专业及北京师范大学教育管理专业，2004年赴深圳从事国际商务工作，于2009年从事国际留学生服务至今。她成功协助数百名学生办理出国留学申请和文书写作，责任心强，善于根据学生的特点指定留学方案。她目前为深圳市学思行教育机构负责人。
