Our studio is located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, registered as consulting company at US federal government. The mission of this studio is helping young Chinese students to know more about the education resource in North American and providing students with an international learning experience for future career success.
本工作室总部位于美国宾州西切实特,是在美国联邦政府和州政府注册登记的教育咨询公司。本公司致力于帮助有志于赴北美（美国和加拿大）留学的青年更好地了解北美的教育资源，我们将视学生的特点与特长，并充分参考申请者本人的兴趣爱好，帮助其选择合适的申请学校和专业。学生在国外学习后，也将对其安排就业指导或推荐去更高层次的深造等，使其能更有效地融入美国当地的学习与生活。

Q1.Why your company is called "Grace-Hope"? 为什么你们的咨询公司称为“恩典与希望”呢？

A: For most of students, their parents provide financial support for them to study aboard. We hope our students remember and appreciate for that. Also, they come to North American with hope and they are family’s hope for future.

对于大多数学生来说，他们的父母都要为他们的学习提供财务上的支持，我们希望这些学生能够记住父母的恩典，以后学有所成可以报答父母。同时，学生自己也是满怀希望来到北美求学，希望能够在事业上有所成就。  他们本身也是父母的希望。

Q2: What is the purpose/mission of your company? 你们公司成立的宗旨是什么？

A: To help these students who are seeking high quality education in North American by avoiding the traps during the application process. Also, we can help them adjusting their life and setting down quickly in new country. 

帮助有志于来北美留学接受高等教育的学生避免申请学校当中的常犯的错误，并帮助他们尽快适应新的学习和生活环境。

Q3: Why should we choose your company instead of consulting company in China? 为什么我们要选择你们公司而不是国内的留学咨询公司？

A: We noticed that lots of education consulting companies always recommend unqualified university or college to Chinese students, which caused lots of trouble for them. Also, most of these companies do not offer any service after the students received the admission offer. 

我们注意到很多国内的留学中介推荐的北美学校并不是很正规，常常给学生造成很大困扰和伤害，而且他们大部分并没有在北美有分公司。所以在学生收到录取通知书以后，并不能提供后续的辅导和帮助。而这些服务是我们团队所擅长的。  

Q4: What kinds of services your company can provide while other consulting company in China could not offer?有那些服务是你们公司能提供，而在中国的咨询公司不能做到的？

Q5: How many people in your team? Are they full time or part time? 你们团队有多少人？他们是全职从事咨询工作还是兼职？

A: At this moment, we have 12 people and we all have professional job.. The main reason for us to start this business is to help our family members/friends and those students/parents who could like to trust us. We will be very happy to see their success in both academic and career just like we did.目前我们的团队有十多位名成员，而且我们都是专业人士。我们成立这个咨询公司的主要目的/动机是为了帮助我们在国内的亲朋好友的子女联系出国留学，同时也欢迎那些信任我们的学生和家长来联系我们。我们非常愿意看见孩子们在美国取得学业和事业上的成功！

Q6: Is your company a registered consulting company in USA? What will happen if we have some legal issue in the future?  你们公司是否是在美国合法注册的咨询公司？如果我们签订合同以后有法律纠纷该如何处理？

A: Our Company is a registered consulting company (Sole Proprietorship, EIN# 46-5045907) in US federal and state government and protected by US federal law. We do not think we will have any legal issue with our customers but if it does happens then our case will be submitted to Pennsylvania Small Claims Court. 

我们咨询公司是在美国联邦政府注册的私人独资公司（EIN#46-5045907），受美国联邦政府和联邦法律监督和管辖。我们并不认为我们会有可能与顾客有任何的法律纠纷，不过一旦真的发生，我们的纠纷会递交给宾州地方法院的小额仲裁法庭，由联邦法官来公正判决。你可能需要委托一位代理律师或本人亲自出庭。

Q7: Which university you would like to recommend for Chinese students? What is the difference between US and Canada universities? 你们公司重点推荐哪些大学给中国学生？美国和加拿大的大学有什么区别？

A: Our clients are free to apply for any university/college in North American. Since our Company located in Pennsylvania, we would prefer our clients to apply for universities/colleges in US east coast so we can better serve them. In Canada, most of universities are funded by Canadian government while lots of famous universities are private school in USA. In general, the tuition fee in USA is higher than in Canada. Please contact us if you need detail information.

Q8: How many universities/high Schools you would like to apply for us? How much you charge for your service? 你们会为学生联系几个学校？你们公司如何收费？

A: we will apply seven to ten schools for each student. We will cover the application fee and mailing fee for these schools. If the student would like to apply for more schools, then they will need to pay for related cost.

1. Career Counseling: Our team of counselor provides in-depth personal guidance to select the right major and university in a specific country according to the student’s profile and career interest. Our expert counselors help you realize your dreams of foreign education by matching the strengths based on the academic background of the student. We give personalized attention and proper guidance to student’s application process and choose the most suitable courses from the university after received admission offer.

职业咨询：我们的咨询团队会根据申请学生的个人背景和兴趣爱好，提供深度并专业的个人指导，帮助学生选择自己合适的专业和学校，并准备申请材料并完成留学申请，最终实现自己的留学梦。我们也会帮助学生在开学后选择合适的课程。

2. Invitation Letter Service: If needed, we will send an invitation letter to student's parents so they can apply for US visiting Visa and have the opportunity to visit high school before apply for them. This will help them avoid some common mistakes.

邀请信服务：如果客户需要，我们发送邀请函给学生的父母，他们可以有机会来申请美国签证，实地参观考察美国的高中，然后选择自己满意的学校来申请。

3. Visa Guidance: Once the student gains an admission to a college, he /she must apply for visa. We guide the students in the visa procedure by helping them in filling the application form, preparing financial statement and documents required for visa interviews.

签证指导：在学生的申请被批准，获得学校的入学通知书以后，必须尽快开始准备办理签证。我们会指导学生办理签证申请手续，包括准备相应的申请表格，财力证明和准备面试材料。

4. Financial Assistance: Insufficient financial funding should never stand as a hindrance to the eligible students who have a dream to pursue foreign education. Therefore, we help the students applying for scholarship from the university and providing the necessary documentation required for the entire processing.

财务支持：财务问题不应该成为品学兼优的中国学生实现出国梦想的绊脚石。我们的团队熟悉校内的各种工作机会和津贴，会帮助申请学生准备相应的材料来申请大学的奖学金。

5. Travel Assistance: We provide departure information to the students with guidelines of living abroad and the life style and cultural environment of the country the student has chosen to study. We also provide air ticket/hotel reservation service.  

旅行协助：我们也会提供给申请学生相关国家的各种生活和法律常识。如果需要，可提供代订机票/酒店服务。

6. Social Network: We will help you find other Chinese students who got the admission offer from the same university you received and other local Chinese organization/community. 

社会交际：我们也会帮助申请学生联系同一年入学的其他中国学生以及当地的华人学生会/社团/组织，使其更好地融入当地的生活。

7. Driving License/Car Purchasing Counseling: Driving may be necessary for new international students in some area of USA. we will help to gather driving school’s information and documents required for driving license application. If needed, we will also help you find a right car from 4S car dealer.

驾照/购车咨询服务：在北美很多学校，新生往往需要自己开车去买菜/上课。我们会帮助为您准备相应的驾校信息以及申请当地驾照所需要的文件。如需购买车辆，我们也提供购车咨询服务（只限于专卖店）。

8. Emergency/Insurance Service： Accident happens; we will help you find affordable health care plan for international students and Chinese nanny/restaurant for food cooking/delivery service if unfortunately, you need to stay in the hospital for a while.  

紧急救助/保险服务：在国外留学生活中，意外有时常常难以避免。我们会帮助你购买合适的针对国际留学生的健康保险计划，如果您需要住院治疗一段时间，我们将会帮你联系当地的住家保姆/中国餐馆准备可口的中国饭菜。

9. Emergency Contact Service: University/College may need to contact student's parents in some extraordinary condition. This could be difficult for international students since their parents live in other country such as China. In this case, we offer emergency contact service to our clients and help university getting in touch with student family immediately.   

紧急联系服务：在特定的情况下（车祸，恐怖袭击），学校需要及时联系学生的父母。我们愿意为您提供紧急联系服务，以便学校能在第一时间联系我们，我们也会立即联系上学生的家庭。

10. Transfer Service: Under certain situation, student/customer may want to transfer to another school for better education. This service should be served free of charge except for the required application fee and mailing expense. 

转学服务：在特定的情况下，学生/客户可能需要转学去其它更适合孩子发展的学校。此项服务并不需要额外的人工费用，学生/客户只需要支付合理的相应开销，如：学校的申请费和邮寄申请材料的邮寄费用等。

11. Hosting Family Service: Under certain situation, student/customer may need to find a hosting family to stay during the study. This service should be served free of charge except for the required travel expense and related expense.

寄宿家庭服务：在特定的情况下，学生/客户可能需要寻找合适的寄宿家庭。此项服务并不需要额外的人工费用，学生/客户只需要支付合理的相应开销，如：汽油费，过路过桥费，飞机票和相关住宿，招待费用。

12. Airport Pickup/Drop Off Service ：Under certain situation, student/customer may need airport pickup/drop off service to and from the school. They may also need to find a hotel to stay during the visit. This service should be provided by the consulting company but the related expense (such as driver’s labor fee, rental car, toll fee, meals, hotel and gasoline) will be covered by the customer.

机场接送服务: 在特定的情况下，学生/客户可能需要咨询公司提供机场接送以及酒店预订服务，送学生/客户往返学校和机场。咨询公司应该在客户需要的时候，为其提供此项服务，但是学生/客户需要支付合理的相关费用，如：汽油费，租车费，司机费，过路过桥费，和相关住宿，招待费用。

13. Supervision Service：During the student’s study period in the United States, customer/Parents may need help communicating with the school regarding the student’s GPA, private tutor and outdoor activities such as summer camp. This service should be provided by the consulting company but the related expense (such as private tutor fee, transportation fee and ticket fee). The consulting company will also need to provide any feedback from the school to the parents/customer.

监管服务：在孩子来美国读书期间，家长/客户可能需要咨询公司提供帮助与学校的老师沟通和交流，探讨孩子的学习成绩（GPA），以及需要的时候请私人家教进行课外辅导，还有可能让孩子参加各种课外活动,如夏令营。咨询公司应在客户需要的时候，为其提供此项服务，但是家长/客户需要支付合理的相关费用，如：开车接送费，私人家教费，参观游览景点门票费用等。在需要的时候，咨询公司也应该及时给家长/客户反馈学校对孩子的意见和建议。

14. Mock Interview Service: The student can schedule one mock interview , which including  a)  A simulated 30 minute interview, b) Customized questions based on information you provide, c)  30 minutes of feedback reviewing strengths and areas to improve d) A recording of your interview e)  Helpful handouts for interview tips.

模拟面试服务： 模拟面试服务将提供给学生一个练习面试和接受老师反馈意见的机会，来准备将来的正式面试。每个学生将会得到一次模拟面试的机会，这包含了a) 30分钟的模拟面试; b) 根据学生申请的学校私人定制的面试问题; c)  30分钟的意见反馈（分析学生的优势和劣势）d)模拟面试的录音和录像 e) 有用的面试小提醒和笔记。
